Dr. Dhouha Melliti is a distinguished educator, researcher, and international trainer specializing

in Economics and Business. Since 2017, she has held a PhD in Economic Sciences from the

University of Tunis El Manar. Currently, she serves as a Professor of Management at the ESPRIT

School of Engineering and Technology, where she leads the "Business Environment" curriculum

and represents the institution as the Regional Delegate for CEDIMES (Center for Studies on

International Development and Economic and Social Movements).

With over 15 years of experience in higher education, Dr. Melliti is a recognized authority on

pedagogical innovation and the intersection of education with conflict resolution, peace, and

sustainable development. As a certified International Trainer in ESG, CSR, and Sustainability,

she bridges the gap between economic theory and corporate responsibility. Her leadership extends

to global academic governance, having served on the Editorial Board of IASTEM and as an

Advisory Member for ISERD
